HIVE Blockchain Technologies ( NASDAQ: HIVE ) said on Monday that it produced 259 bitcoins ( BTC-USD ) in June, representing an average of 76.6 bitcoins per Exahash. The average hashrate stood at 3.38 EH/s for the month. The company produced an average of 8.6 bitcoins ( BTC-USD ) per day in June. The company's current BTC ( BTC-USD ) HODL balance is ~1,957 as at July 1. HIVE Blockchain ended the month with 3.3 EH/s of mining capacity. Total bitcoin equivalent production in June stood at 246 from ASICs from an average hashrate of 3.2 EH/s from ASICs in June. As of June 30, HIVE ended the month with 3.48 EH/s of mining capacity, comprised of 3.316 EH/s of ASIC BTC hashrate and 0.166 EH/s of GPU BTC Hashrate. Network difficulty factors were a significant variable in the company's gross profit margins, the company said in a statement. Accordingly, Bitcoin mining difficulty ended the month about 1% lower than the beginning of the month, it added.
