Survey Shows 22% of Financial Advisors Allocating Crypto to Clients in 2024, 56% More Likely Post-Election

A recent survey conducted by Bitwise Asset Management and VettaFi reveals a notable shift in the attitudes of financial advisors towards cryptocurrency. The survey, which included responses from 430 financial advisors nationwide, found that 22% of them allocated crypto to client portfolios in 2024, a significant increase from 11% in 2023. Additionally, 96% of advisors reported receiving inquiries about cryptocurrency from clients in the past year. The survey also indicated that 56% of advisors are more likely to invest in crypto due to the recent election, and 71% prefer exchange-traded funds (ETFs) as the method for crypto investment. The findings suggest a growing bullish sentiment among financial advisors regarding the future of cryptocurrency investments.
