Pantera Capital's Dan Morehead says Bitcoin works well in investment portfolios

Pantera Capital CEO Dan Morehead says the blockchain ecosystem will disintermediate the financial system, enabling a borderless, socially-connected world. He highlights Bitcoin (BTC-USD), the first ever blockchain crypto to exist, as the digital token has zero correlation to anything else which makes it a great fit to an investment portfolio, he presents at the Invest for Kids webinar. He also believes that portfolios should diversify amongst venture equity, early-stage tokens and liquid tokens. In the meantime, Bitcoin (BTC-USD) is hiding in the shadows on Thursday, down 2.6% intra-day, still up 1% in the past five sessions. Recall in mid-June, Morehead said to buy Bitcoin (BTC-USD) when the market was below trend; the price of BTC soars about 100% from his call. In October, J.P. Morgan said inflation fears drove Bitcoin's (BTC-USD) move to all-time highs.
