BIS & EU Banks Develop Crypto Tracking Platform

The Bank for International Settlements and a modest bunch of European national banks are building a framework to follow international flows of cryptocurrencies. The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) has fostered a proof of concept (PoC) for a framework following on-chain and off-chain exchanges from digital money trades and public blockchains including Bitcoin. Working with the Deutsche Bundesbank, De Nederlandsche Bank, European Central Bank and the Bank of France, BIS has reported a fruitful PoC called Undertaking Map book that expects to measure the macroeconomic importance of digital currency showcases and decentralized finance (DeFi) conventions.
