Iris Energy produces 423 bitcoins in July

Bitcoin miner Iris Energy ( NASDAQ: IREN ) said Thursday that it mined 423 bitcoins in July, down 1% from June. The Sydney, Australia-based company said its average operating hashrate was 5,562 PH/s for the month. Iris' mining revenue for July came in at US$12.7 million, up 9% from June. Revenue per bitcoin in July was $29,939. Additionally, the company appointed Sunita Parasuraman to the board, who will also serve as chair of the audit and risk committee.
