Mawson Infrastructure Group prices ~$45M equity offering

Digital asset infrastructure company Mawson Infrastructure Group (OTCQB:MIGI) has priced its underwritten public offering of 3.91M common shares and 1.95M warrants to purchase up to 1.95M common shares at $11.50 per share and associated warrant. Gross proceeds from the offering is expected to be ~$45M. Underwriter has been granted a 30-day option to purchase an additional 586,956 shares of common stock and/or 293,478 warrants to purchase up to 293,478 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Closing date is expected to be on or around October 1, 2021. Pursuant to the offering, Mawson's common stock is likely to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol "MIGI" from September 29, 2021. Net proceeds from this offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
