Silvergate Capital gets NYSE non-compliance notice on delayed 10-K filing

Failed lender Silvergate Capital ( NYSE: SI ) said Monday it received a letter from NYSE notifying that it is not in compliance with continued listing standards given its failure to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2022. Although a substantial part of the information for the Form 10-K has been completed, Silvergate ( SI ) needs more time to complete tasks related to the filing and its independent accountant needs more time to obtain further information and complete certain audit procedures. If Silvergate ( SI ) delays the filing for another six months, NYSE could begin suspension and delisting procedures.
