GoldenTree Took $5.3 Million Stake In Governance Token For SushiSwap

GoldenTree, which manages more than $47 billion in assets, has acquired a $5.3 million stake in the governance token for SushiSwap. In a post on the SushiSwap community forum, GoldenTree described its acquisition and overall strategy regarding SushiSwap and cryptocurrencies. The post states that Avi Felman and Joe Naggar are the co-presidents of GoldenTree’s cryptocurrency investment manager, known as GoldenChain Asset Management LP. Earlier this year, GoldenTree hired Felman, a former employee of BlockTower Capital, to serve as its head of trading in digital assets.
